How does your process work?

First, we chat about what services interest you and your significant other. After that, we generate an agreement and email it to you. Finally, you will sign and return the contract and pay a retainer fee to secure your wedding date. The remaining balance is due anytime before the wedding date. After the wedding, we safely back up your footage to two separate storage devices. Then your footage will be edited on a third-storage device and delivered in around three months.

Any date changes needed within three months of booking are free. All changes after 3 months of the booking will require a 10% change fee. Per industry standards, once you have paid the retainer fee to secure the date, it becomes non-refundable. If a client wishes to cancel a contract before the agreed-upon wedding date and before services are rendered, AND, they have already paid in full, we will refund the full payment minus the retainer fee.
